Makati City – The Warriors were able to get a win against the Juggernauts the week before. However, it was the first time that the Olongapo team faced their previous head coach on the field who decided to play for the Wolves.

The Warriors started on their 29-yard line. Receiver Jonathan Angelo Cappal gained a total of 8-yards with a run before being tackled by linebacker Francis Bataclan. The offense was able to get a first down with a pass to wide receiver Tommy Louis Newman III before being pushed out of bounds. Linebacker Brian Aldrich Raymond got the stop at the line of scrimmage after a quick pass was made to receiver Joel Catayong. More yards were gained after a pass was made to wide receiver Kenneth Delos Santos but was stopped by defensive back Alden Garcia with an assist from Bataclan. They went for another pass to Catayong who was able to get the ball to the end zone with the first touchdown of the game. The Warriors went for an extra point but was blocked after the kick. The score was 6-0 in favor of the Warriors.

The Wolves started on their 40-yard line. After an incomplete pass, the pack got another first down with a 30-yard run by running back Dennis Graves before being tackled by defensive back John Louis Sardea. Another incomplete pass was made which was followed by a pass to wide receiver Walid Mo who got a 1st and short from the end zone. Graves went for a run in the middle but no yards were gained. The pack scored their first touchdown of the game with a reception by tight end Martin Antonio. They went for a 2-point conversion with a pitch to running back David Paul Jumola who ran the ball up the middle to get to the end zone. The score was now 8-6.

The Warriors offense started on their 30. An unsportsmanlike conduct violation was called against linebacker Kim Luy which resulted in a 10-yard penalty and an automatic first down for the offense. After an incomplete pass, the Warriors were able to gain yards with an outside run by running back Joel Catayong. However, a pass was intercepted by Garcia [defensive back] and was stopped at the Warriors’ 31-yard line.

A quick pass was given to receiver Joshua Gayta which immediately turned into a touchdown. The extra point was locked in which made the score 15-6.

The Warriors started on their 25-yard line. The ball was handed off to running back Angel Gaces but was stopped by Gonzales and assisted by Artista which resulted in a loss of 4-yards. The ball was intercepted again by Musni but was tackled by Johnavan King [offensive line] at the red zone before he could make a touchdown.

The Wolves lost 3 yards with a run by Jumola on their first drive. A quick pass to Gayta gave the pack a gain of 8 yards. The offense lost some yards again after wide receiver Miguel De la Peña was tackled by Cappal with an assist from linebacker Jeffrey Solivas. The offense converted their last down to a touchdown with a pass to Gayta and got their extra point. The score was now 22-6.

The Warriors started their offense with an outside run by Catayong but was tackled out of bounds by defensive back Jerome Bautista that resulted in a loss of yards. The second quarter started on their 2nd drive. They lost more yards when the ball was passed to wide receiver Rudy Neil Bayarong who was immediately tackled by linebacker Hiroyuki Kano assisted by Bautista and Luy. The ball was passed to wide receiver Raphael Jedidiah Allanigue but was tackled by defensive back Dave Hilao before he could get more yards. The referees called a timeout as Hilao was still down on the field. The offense decided to go for their last down but quarterback Jolan Ogremin was sacked by Gonzales. However, they were allowed to repeat the play with a 5-yard penalty as an offside violation was called against the defense. The pass to Delos Santos was incomplete which resulted in a turnover on downs.

The Wolves started on their 40-yard line with a pass to Jumola who was stopped by Cappal after making it to the first down. Graves ran the ball in the middle and got another first down before he was stopped by defensive line John Carlo Patingo. They were able to score with a pass to Gayta after an incomplete pass. With another extra point, the score was at 29-6.

The Warriors started on their 30-yard line. The pass was intercepted by Kano who scored another touchdown for the pack. Another score for their extra point so the score was at 36-6.

With 8:24 left in the first half, the Warriors started on their 23rd. They called for a timeout before making their first play. After the timeout, they went for a pass play but was intercepted by Musni again.

The ball was passed to Graves who was unable to gain yards after because of a tackle by Solivas at the line of scrimmage. A bad snap was recovered by linebacker Sonny Inocencio which gave the Warriors ball possession.

The Warriors decided to run the ball with Catayong but was tackled out of bounds by Bautista 4-yards before the line of scrimmage. They weren’t able to move the chains as 2 consecutive passes were incomplete. They attempted to run the ball on their 4th down but was not able to make it to the 1st down. The ball was turned over to the Wolves.

The Wolves started midfield but lost some yards on their first play. Jumola got a 7-yard gain with an outside run. The ball was passed to Antonio and he was able to run the ball until the 15-yard line before he was tripped by defensive back John Dominic Sardea. The pack gained 4-yards with a run in the middle by Jumola. After an incomplete pass, J.L. Sardea was seen being escorted out of the field. An encroachment violation was called against the defense which was equivalent to a 5-yard penalty. Dela Pena caught the ball at the end zone for a touchdown. Another extra point was good 43-6.

There was 3:00 left in the 1st half and the Warriors started on their 25-yard line. The run by Catayong was stopped by Artista with an assist by Gonzales on the line of scrimmage. A quick pass to wide receiver Ans Reeb Miguel Hernandez by stopped by Bautista 5-yards before the line of scrimmage. 2:00 left in the half and another interception was made by Musni.

Wolves started on Warriors territory. After a quick pass to Graves, he ran the ball up to the red zone before being tackled by Gaces. The pack called for a timeout right after. After 2 incomplete passes, a facemask violation was called against Bayarong which meant an automatic first down and half the distance from the goal for the Wolves. But the Warriors were able to push Graves further back as he tried to do an outside run which lost the pack yards. They were unable to complete two consecutive passes but scored a touchdown with a pass to Mo at the end zone. The half ended with a score of 50-6  after the Wolves got their extra point.

At the start of the 2nd half, quarterback Luke Zetazate quickly passe the ball to Gayta from their 13-yard line. Gayta passed through the defense and made it to the end zone for a touchdown with an 80-yard run. After scoring another extra point, the game was now at 57-6.

The Warriors started on their 20 after a touchback during the kick return. After two incomplete passes, the ball was pitched to Catayong but was tackled by Artista and Raymond before the line of scrimmage. The offense decided to punt the ball and the Wolves started midfield.

Graves was tackled by Inocencio on the line of scrimmage in an attempt to run the ball. Antonio got the first down with a reception. A pass to Dela Pena scored another touchdown for the Wolves. They went for and got another extra point which leaves the score at 64-6.

The Warriors started their offense on their 30 with a pitch to Catayong who was stopped by Hilao assisted by Musni. Shortly after an incomplete pass, Artista sacked the quarterback which mean a loss of yards for the offense. They decided to punt the ball for their last down.

The Wolves started on their 35-yard line with 6:30 left in the 3rd quarter. The ball was passed to Walid who gained a few yards short from the first before he was tackled by Gaces assisted by defensive end Bernard Capuli. Gayta got the first down before being stopped by Gaces. The ball was passed to running back John Rhoy Moring. After hitting J.D. Sardea, the ball was fumbled and recovered by the Warriors.

The Wolves defense gave the Warriors a hard time as Artista got another sack. The ball was then intercepted by Bautista for a touchdown and another extra point was scored. 71-6.

The Warriors started on their 30-yard line with 3:51 left in the 3rd quarter. A pass was incomplete as defensive back Dave Hilao covered the intended receiver. Another attempt at a pass was unsuccessful. A 5-yard penalty and repeat down were called against the wolves for having too many men on the field. In a free play, the ball was immediately passed to Catayong but was tackled by Musni who was assisted by Hilao before the line of scrimmage. The offense struggled in their pass plays and decided to punt the ball on their final down. But a violation was called on the defense which gave the Warriors automatic first down. However, the ball was quickly turned over to the Wolves because of an interception by Garcia.

A hand-off was given to Jumola but was tackled before the line of scrimmage. Jeff Deperio was thrown out of the game due to unsportsmanlike conduct with a 15-yard penalty. The ball was quickly pitched to Gayta who with a 5-yard gain from an outside run. Jumola ran the ball up the middle and got the first down but was tackled by Inocencio and Ronald Allan San Juan [defensive back]. The ball was passed to Gayta who made it to the red zone for a first down before he was tackled by San Juan. Jumola made another outside run but was stopped short from the end zone. Graves took the ball from a direct snap and was pushed towards the offensive line and the end zone by Zetazate for a touchdown. They scored their extra point again which made the score 78-6.

The Warriors started on their 30-yard line. The ball was passed to 24 with a 12-yard gain before he was tackled by defensive back Paul Vincent Luces. There was only 9:10 left in the game when the offense started on their 40-yard line. An encroachment violation was called on a defense [5-yard penalty]. The Warriors did the same play and Luces got the stop again. The ball was passed to Allanigue and was tackled by Luy after a gain of 2-yard. After an incomplete pass, the offense decided to go for another play since they were only short on the first. They repeated their last play with a 5-yard penalty because of a false start violation. With this, they went for a punt. The Wolves started midfield.

Zetazate gave a short pass to Gayta who ran until he was tackled by J.D. Sardea at the 12-yard line. After an incomplete pass, the ball was caught by Mo at the end zone for a touchdown. They got another extra point. The score was now 85-6.

There was only 4:51 left in the game when the Warriors decided for a run by Solivas but was stopped by Kano and assisted by Garcia before the line of scrimmage. Two drives were both pass plays that were almost intercepted by the defense. The offense decided to punt on their 4th down. The Wolves started on their 30-yard line.

Dennis Graves assumed the position of quarterback and gave a quick pass to Moring but was tackled by linebacker Steve Caps at the line of scrimmage. The pack gained yards but was penalized for a holding violation [10-yard penalty and repeat down]. At the 2-minute mark, Graves went for a QB sneak with a 20-yard gain. Jumola caught the ball but was pushed out of bounds by Cappal with no gain of yards. The pack was unable to covert their possession which resulted in a turnover on downs.

With only 1:00 left in the game, the Warriors started on the Wolves’ 40-yard line with a pass that was intercepted by Bautista that became a touchdown. The pack decided to go for a 2-point conversion but was unsuccessful. The score was now 91-6.

The Warriors decided to go for another drive with 0:24 left in the game. But the game ended shortly after 2 incomplete passes.

The final score was 91-6.
